La salsa s&#8217;anir\u00e0 reduint i agafar\u00e0 la textura tipus melmelada.<\/p>\n<p>6- Passat un temps , ho triturem amb una batedora el\u00e8ctrica que quedi ben fi.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest estofat es pot servir tebi, fred o calent segons convingui.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">MAGRET<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Per facilitar la cocci\u00f3 farem uns talls al biaix sobre el greix sense arribar a tocar la carn.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, farem el mateix en la direcci\u00f3 oposada procurant que ens quedin daus de greix.<\/li>\n<li>En aquest punt, ja podeu posar a escalfar la planxa. Empebreu el magret.<\/li>\n<li>Amb la planxa molt calenta, comen\u00e7arem la cocci\u00f3 del magret per la part del greix.. De seguida notareu que deixa anar molt greix. Heu de tenir-lo entre 6-8 minuts. Passat aquest temps obtindrem una capa cruixent de greix.<\/li>\n<li>Seguidament, posem a coure el magret per l&#8217;altra banda,&#8230;.i el tindrem de 2-4 minuts, segons els gustos. El magret ha de quedar pr\u00e0cticament cru de dins i ben daurat per fora.<\/li>\n<li>El tallem al nostre gust. Emplatarem directament. Posarem una capa d&#8217;estofats de fruits vermells i al damunt el magret amb una mica de sal en escates..
