Cobriu-lo amb la resta de la sal lleugerament humitejada amb aigua, pressioneu b\u00e9 la sal per sobre del llom perqu\u00e8 faci una capa compacta i introdu\u00efu la safata al forn uns 25 minuts.<br \/>\n Per una pe\u00e7a d&#8217;1 quilo necessitem 35-40 minuts de cocci\u00f3 a una temperatura elevada al forn (200\u00ba).
