Fer uns talls en diagonal en ambdues direccions i amb el ganivet resseguir tamb\u00e9 per la vora de la pell ( aix\u00ed ens ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil a l&#8217;hora de buidar-los ). Posar-los en una safata de forn amb paper . Li tirem oli i amb un pinzell o cullereta l&#8217;escampem.<br \/>\nEls salpebrem i els posem 30&#8242; a 180\u00ba ( dalt i abaix).<br \/>\n&#8211; En una cassola posem for\u00e7a oli i la fulla de llorer. Ratllem les 2 cebes i amb el foc ben baix ho deixem 25&#8242; ( que es caramel\u00b7litzi). Despr\u00e9s hi afegim la pastanaga tamb\u00e9 ratllada uns 15&#8242;.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tallem ben petit 2 alls, julivert i ho afegim a la cassola uns 5 &#8216;.<br \/>\n&#8211; Aboquem el vi ranci i esperem una estona que es redueixi l&#8217;alcohol.<br \/>\n&#8211; Quan ja tenim tot el sofregit fet, hi afegim la picada de porc i la de vedella, Salpebrem. Quan la carn est\u00e0 cuita tirem el tom\u00e0quet triturat i a foc baix ho deixem 15&#8242;.<br \/>\n-Per \u00faltim li posem una mica d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega , la polpa dels carbassons que pr\u00e8viament haurem buidat i que es cogui uns 5&#8242; m\u00e9s. Un cop fet retirar la fulla de llorer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Omplim els carbassons que tenim a la safata amb tota aquesta barreja.
