Els traiem i els reservem sobre un plat.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tallem la s\u00e8pia petita. Posem a la paella una mica d&#8217;oli, afegim la s\u00e8pia i la saltegem durant uns minuts. Despr\u00e9s afegim les gambes pelades tallades ben petites.<br \/>\n&#8211; Al cap d&#8217;una estona, posem a un cant\u00f3 el peix. I en l&#8217;altre afegim 1 all trinxat ben petit. Quan ja es posi ros afegim el tom\u00e0quet i ho deixem uns minuts.<br \/>\n-Ho barregem tot. Afegim una mica de caldo de peix, i quan estigui calent hi afegim la tinta negra de les s\u00e8pies ( si es vol tamb\u00e9 la melsa pr\u00e8viament triturada amb la tinta). Ho tornem a barrejar tot i al cap d&#8217;uns minuts hi posem els fideus.<br \/>\n&#8211; Aboquem el caldo ben calent.  Quan ja hagi passat uns 5 minuts hi posem les gambes vermelles i deixem que s&#8217;acabi de fer ( tot plegat m\u00e9s o menys uns 12 minuts).
