Seguidament posem els caps i les peles dels llagostins i amb un morter ho xafem per treure tot el suc.. A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim el tom\u00e0quet triturat i ho deixem al foc entre 6 i 8 minuts. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest temps ho passem per un colador i reservem la salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Tallem els carbassons en tires com si fossin espaguetis..<\/p>\n<p>Escalfem una mica d&#8217;oli en una paella. Tallem els alls tendre per la meitat i els posem a la paella durant uns 5 o 6 minuts. Els retirem i els reservem.<\/p>\n<p>Salpebrem les cues dels llagostins i els fregim en una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli (podem aprofitar l&#8217;oli d&#8217;haver cuinat els alls tendres).
