Li anem afegint farina fins que quedi una pasta lligada.<br \/>\nPosem un raig d&#8217;an\u00eds, una mica ed bicarbonat, 1 cullerada sopera d&#8217;oli i finalment una culleradeta de magn\u00e8sia (la culleradeta ha de ser de les petites de caf\u00e8).<br \/>\nEs deixa reposar com a m\u00ednim 1h30&#8242;.<br \/>\nAgafem una paella amb oli i quan est\u00e0 calent anem tirant cullerades de la pasta que hem preparat abans.<br \/>\nQuan ja tenim el bunyol tret del foc hi tirem sucre per sobre (al moment de treure&#8217;l)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Farciment dels bunyols<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Per farcir els bunyols amb crema, agafem flam Potax, 1\/4 de litre de llet i 4 cullerades de sucre.<br \/>\nDel 1\/4 de litre  de llet en traiem una tassa i fem desfer el sobre del flam.
