Les coem a foc mig tapant el cass\u00f3, per\u00f2 sense que quedi totalment tapat.<br \/>\nAnem remenant de tant en tant. Apaguem el foc quan veiem que es van desfent, traiem la tapa i posem el foc m\u00e9s fort durant un o dos minuts, perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;evapori una mica l&#8217;aigua. En total es tarda uns 10 o 12 minuts.<br \/>\nLes retirem del foc, afegim la mantega i triturem amb la batedora, La nostra compota est\u00e0 llesta per servir<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Confit d&#8217;\u00e0nec<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Escalfem el confit d&#8217;\u00e0nec al bany maria (ho posem amb la mateixa bossa que l&#8217;hem comprat sense obrir).<br \/>\nVeurem que el greix que cobria la cuixa es va desfent.<br \/>\nPreescalfar el forn al m\u00e0xim. Posar el confit en una safata despr\u00e9s de treure-li el pl\u00e0stic (n\u00b4hi ha prou amb la meitat del greix del confit).
