Quan est\u00e0 daurada es tira un pot de sofregit de ceba i tom\u00e0quet. Deixem fer xup-xup i li afegim els cargols i es remena.<br \/>Li afegim ara uns 8 grapats de pebre vermella dol\u00e7a i es tona a remenar i pebre negre.<\/p>\n<p>Es\u00a0 cobreixen tots els cargols amb caldo i aigua i es posen a bullir uns 30&#8242;<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s s&#8217;hi tira el &#8220;picadillo&#8221; i ho deixem una 20 minuts.<br \/>Seguidament hi afegim la picada i els pinyons i ho deixem una estona.<\/p>\n<p>Si ens quedem sense suc, hi afegirem una mica d&#8217;aigua.<br \/>Per \u00faltim hi posem farina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Picadillo<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>150 g de pernil salat, una botifarra negre , 1 espetec, cansalada i bac\u00f3, tot tallat a taquets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Picada<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Ametlles, avellanes, 4 dents d&#8217;alls i julivert<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Per netejar els cargols<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Un cop recollits, es deixen durant una setmana o 10 dies sense menjar..<br \/>Els remullem una hora abans.<br \/>D&#8217;un en un es rasca per treure el &#8220;tel&#8221; que queda si s&#8217;enganxen un amb l&#8217;altre tot remullant-los.<br \/>Es iren a l&#8217;aiguadera i es van esbandint a grapats sota l&#8217;aixeta. Aix\u00f2 ho fartem 4 o 5 vegades. Hem de mirar com queda l&#8217;aigua.<br \/>Despr\u00e9s es posen en un pot gros amb 2 o 3 dits d&#8217;aigua i al foc perqu\u00e8 treguin l&#8217;escuma groga. (No ha de bullir l&#8217;aigua) .<br \/>Es tornen a posar a l&#8217;aiguadera amb aigua freda i el tornem a netejar a grapats per treure l&#8217;escuma.<br \/>Es cobreixen d&#8217;aigua.
