Es porten els ingredients a la carnisseria i el farceixen.<\/p>\n<p>En una cassola de terrissa posem oli, el tall salat amb pebre i sajolida .<br \/>\nA la cassola tamb\u00e9 se li afegeixen 2 o 3 tom\u00e0quets vermells, 1 fulla de llaurer,, 2 o 3 pastanagues, 4 o 5 cebetes, 1 cabe\u00e7a d&#8217;alls.<br \/>\nEl foc ben baix.
