En una paella amb oli calent els posem i els fem coure pels dos costats una mica.<br \/>\nEls retirem i els deixem en un plat sobre paper de cuina.<br \/>\nEn una cassola de terrissa hi posem ceba tallada o ratllada. A foc ben baix deixem que es posi rossa,<br \/>\nHi afegim pastanaga tallada ben petita. Al cap d&#8217;una estona posem p\u00e8sols. Quan veiem que est\u00e0 cuit li afegim un all trinxat.
