Coure-ho durant 10 minuts. Colar i reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Pelem 1\/2 ceba i la ratllem . La posem en una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli a foc lent. Hi afegim 1 allet i julivert i quan estigui transparent incorporar tom\u00e0quet triturat i vi blanc.<br \/>\nTriturar el peix i afegir-ho a la paella uns minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Fer una mica de beixamel amb llet mantega i farina.
