Quan s&#8217;ha posat la barreja a sobre en les diferents capes del pa, es posa ou dur ratllat a sobre de l&#8217;ultim pa bimbo<br \/>\nEs repeteix 3 vegades la massa. Al final es cobreix de rovell d&#8217;ou (Amparo).
